Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski were one of the most iconic quarterback wide receiver duos in the entire history of the NFL. We talk about them in the past tense now, because of the fact that the tight end announced his retirement this season for the second time.

Gronkowski and Brady have spent the majority of their careers, playing together winning 4 Super Bowl titles, for the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 45-year-old quarterback persuaded him to join the Buccaneers when he eventually left the Patriots, and his able friend followed his orders.

Tom Brady reveals Rob Gronkowski’s way of making the reporters feel awkward in the player locker rooms

In an interview given by Tom Brady way back in 2021, the quarterback spoke about how his friend and compatriot had a weird way of dealing with the reporters during their time at the New England Patriots. Brady claimed that Rob Gronkowski would simply throw away his towel and get naked to make the reporters feel uncomfortable during their visits to the franchise locker room.

“Gronk is, I mean, that guy’s like a Greek god. That guy’s just jacked up… It’s actually funny because I think they still let reporters in the locker room. So it’d be funny because Gronk would get naked and throw the towel over his shoulder and just walk through the locker room with all the reporters,” Brady said to Howard Stern on SiriusXM.

Brady continued by saying, “I would just laugh because you know, Gronk obviously, didn’t give a sh*t. He would just strut through everyone.” The 33-year-old tight end has always been known for his carefree attitude off the pitch, and this hilarious reveal by Brady simply magnifies the level to which Gronkowski went to have a bit of fun.
